Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams (6+ people).
Deep understanding of SDLC.
Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar.
Experience in selecting, implementing and collecting relevant metrics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Analytical thinking: the ability to identify root causes of problems, divide them into components and find optimal solutions.
Proactivity, initiative and the ability to make decisions independently.
Focus on product value and a systematic approach to the realization of team goals.
English language skills at B2+ level.
Will be a plus:
PMP, PSM/CSM, SAFe certifications.

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for product development: assessment, control of scope, schedule, communication, stakeholder expectations and customer satisfaction.
Participation in roadmap and backlog management (together with the product owner), ensuring transparency and accessibility of priorities for teams.
People management: planning, motivation, performance review, support for team development on the project (together with the functional lead).
Building transparent and effective communication, meeting facilitation, conflict management.
