HEROIC Valkyries Make Game Changers Playoffs

Our Valorant squad have secured their third consecutive Game Changers playoffs after four wins in the Group Stage of the new EMEA Stage 1, proving they know how to make a comeback!

Week 1 didn’t go exactly to plan, starting off 0-2 with a loss against miyori’s former team, GIANTX, and a close map 3 overtime loss to ZERANCE MINT…

But the girls were undeterred, bagging a sweet 2-1 victory over BLVKHVND, topped off by a bonkers 4k clutch from fluxxy! A tough loss to the reigning champs in G2 followed, but a clean 2-0 against ALTERNATE aTTaX successfully rounded out an action-packed Week 2!

Week 3 was up next featuring a reunion with former HEROIC player, SUPERPHROG on NASR, where the Valkyries achieved a swift 2-0 victory with a blink and you’ll miss it 4k from adora! Sure, someone forgot to tell our Valkyries that Valhalla was supposed to be the afterparty, not the game plan against SK, but we bounced back with a victory over Lunar to secure ourselves a top 6 finish, a playoffs run and a spot in Stage 2 in April!

Week 4 started and ended with our final match against Karmine Korp which ended 1-2 after another heartbreakingly close series coming down to losing an advantage in the final map, but despite a few setbacks, HEROIC Valkyries proved their resilience throughout the group stage, showing they have much more to give!
